"The location was convenient, the staff was friendly and helpful & the room was clean. The biggest problem we had was that we were on the 4th floor and the elevator was out of order. Hauling bags up and down was annoying. Also if your room key got anywhere near your phone it would deactivate which meant another trip down and back up 4 flights of stairs. The other thing that was not great is that our room faced a construction site and work started very early and was very loud. We only stayed for 1 night before a cruise & for the price I have no regrets & wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. However, if you are planning to stay for more than a couple days I would choose elsewhere."

"I’ve been to Miami at least five times, I’ve learned that a lot of their hotel buildings are old. So to start off with what I liked, the beds are super comfy, restaurants & stores are walking distance. Love that the beach is right outside the back and swimming pool. Now the bathroom was dingy and small, the ac was not working but we came at a bad time when Miami was cold and raining so the ac really didn’t make a difference. The breakfast could have been better, not many choices to choose from. Would I stay here again, No. "

"Shower floor was not appealing, so showered in socks but the room was great. Great view of the ocean with balcony. Would have liked to not to be in a corner room because building to the right is crappy looking under construction. For the most part good room and resort. Valet very expensive, $55 a day!!!"

"There is no onsite staff to help assist you, they only communicate through messages and it’s hard to get a response from them in a timely manor, they said they had parking and then messaged us and said they do not have parking, our toilet also would not flush, the room was hot and muggy, and the staffing messaging us were unreliable, we asked for a refund and would not give us one. Warning - Do Not Book unless you want to be scammed! "

"The seemed to be very new and limited furniture and very barebones. We stayed for a few days and didn’t even have salt and pepper… didn’t even have chairs to sit on in kitchen so had to ask for those and they said they were limited on furniture. Not sure what’s going on. Regardless when we wrote the app, they came and tried to deliver what they could. "
