"Good hotel"

"The location was convenient, the staff was friendly and helpful & the room was clean. The biggest problem we had was that we were on the 4th floor and the elevator was out of order. Hauling bags up and down was annoying. Also if your room key got anywhere near your phone it would deactivate which meant another trip down and back up 4 flights of stairs. The other thing that was not great is that our room faced a construction site and work started very early and was very loud. We only stayed for 1 night before a cruise & for the price I have no regrets & wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. However, if you are planning to stay for more than a couple days I would choose elsewhere."

"Clean room, beautiful view. Please know that much of the hotel has been renovated and they were working on the remainder of the rooms while we were there. This hotel has its blemishes, but has even more unique character traits that we thought we very cool throwbacks. For example, the elevator and lobby reminded me of the 50’s, but updated… The pool and beach were excellent. "

"The rooms and the place was so filthy. All the pictures are all fake in the website. Please don’t fall for this scam. This is really easily one of the worst places I have stayed ever. "

"Shower floor was not appealing, so showered in socks but the room was great. Great view of the ocean with balcony. Would have liked to not to be in a corner room because building to the right is crappy looking under construction. For the most part good room and resort. Valet very expensive, $55 a day!!!"

"We had an apartment style room with two bedrooms in the building beside the main building. The space was great, with lots of room for our family of 5. It was a little tired in spots but comfortable. Some of the three beds were more comfortable than others, but all were decent. There was definitely road noise, but the bedrooms were somewhat isolated from it. The pool area was great and the location is right across from the beach. Beach chairs and umbrellas were available to borrow. Staff were friendly and helpful. The free parking was a wonderful addition! We would recommend!"

"There is no onsite staff to help assist you, they only communicate through messages and it’s hard to get a response from them in a timely manor, they said they had parking and then messaged us and said they do not have parking, our toilet also would not flush, the room was hot and muggy, and the staffing messaging us were unreliable, we asked for a refund and would not give us one. Warning - Do Not Book unless you want to be scammed! "

"The seemed to be very new and limited furniture and very barebones. We stayed for a few days and didn’t even have salt and pepper… didn’t even have chairs to sit on in kitchen so had to ask for those and they said they were limited on furniture. Not sure what’s going on. Regardless when we wrote the app, they came and tried to deliver what they could. "
