"This motel needs a lot of maintenance. Parking is mainly in the back. There are two broken electric car chargers (I had an electric rental car)a rear “security” door that seldom closed. When it does close you use your key card and pull as hard as you can-it may jerk open. Terrible. Fix the door! Breakfast is a non-starter. The only hot item is an overused waffle maker that makes waffles that are soggy in the middle. The bread area consisted of sliced bread only. No bagels, no muffins etc. No eggs, kids cereal only. Better food at McDonalds down the street. The room was ok but a sofa with no coffee table? No foot stools? TV worked, but no printed program guide. Coffee service in room included creamer so old it congealed in the coffee….which was the worst. I could go on….you get what you pay for..or less sometimes. Nice location, run down property."

"There was no breakfast available at 4am, when I left not even coffee. I reserved the complimentary airport shuttle for 4am, it was late and caused my travel plans to suffer from it. The hotel is clean and the staff was very friendly. Not the best bed or pillows and the shower is made for little people. "

"Check in was easy, staff was pleasant, and the room was generally comfortable. The room is nearing time for an upgrade - the side table had an entire corner that was worn off and the bathroom has calcium build up and grout is changing colors. The airport shuttle was not as convenient as I would have hoped. They require that you wait to call when you arrive. I tried scheduling it and was asked to call back only to be sent to voicemail later."

"The room was ok. But we arrived an hour early and the front desk clerk Nicole was so rude. After that I just didn’t feel welcome. The manager was very kind and apologized but sometimes after a hard day of flying, you just want to get to your room and relax a bit. "

"Very disappointed. Reviews were supposedly excellent for this place but thrte was nothimg exvrllent about it. Grom chevk in,. (we were sent yo the wrong room and then our key card wouldn't work and when we finally got in the room smelled lime smoke so back do we nsyaits. Just teally inconviemt and annoying) to housekeepong that didn't happen even though we requested it to breakfast which was just okay. Too many negatives. We won't stay here again."

"Wonderful stay, delicious breakfast. Important to get there early for breakfast, we came down 30 minutes prior to breakfast buffet ending, and some of the options were running out & didnt get refreshed. Everything was so tasty, we will set an alarm next time!"

"Don’t get duped! The pictures are not of this hotel. They stole the pics from another La Quinta’s website. We encountered mold, yellow towels, broken lights and plugs, stained sheets, an empty vape pen in the tissue box, sticky something on the floor, an awful persistent smell, broken vending machines, no soap, a door that wouldn’t shut, breakfast that actually ran out of waffle batter (no they wouldn’t refill it), a broken remote, and some interesting folks watching us come and go. Do yourself a favor- skip this hotel and stay at the La Quinta up the street (La Quinta Inn and Suites by Wyndham San Antonio: 11006 N I-35). You’ll thank me."
