This luxury home has everything you need for a terrific stay including oversized master with king size bed, walk in closet. Ensuite bathroom and make-up station with great lighting. Separate work station with high speed internet, fully operating kitchen with utensils, pots, pans and coffee station. Comfortable outdoor living to lounge, dine or take a dip in the heated salt water pool. Centrally located to shopping, restaurants and many beaches. We would also like clients to know our pool guy comes every Thursday. If there is any regular maintenance that falls on your stay, we will let you know.

Nice. Pool was too cool, ran out of paper towels and garbage bags. Third bedroom beds not comfortable. Large rooms, quiet neighborhood. Interior was very nice and very clean. Close enough to restaurants and stores.

We stayed for 3+ weeks in January 2024. The home was nicely decorated and very relaxing. The location was close to 41 with all restaurants and stores near-by. The salt water heated pool was by far the best. We plan to stay in the future for a longer period of time.

Just as described on VRBO. House is clean and up to date and the pool tops everything off nicely. Communication from owner was very good and timely. We were in florida for estate issues on another property we own, this house was the perfect proximity to the property we own. You wont be disappointed if you rent this property.

Stayed at Lisa's property for one month. Great stay.The house is tastefully decorated. Large, spacious kitchen with up-to-date appliances and all the cookware/utensils you need. Plenty of living space. The house was spotless. The screened in pool/lanai area is a great place to relax and visit. Plenty of closet space with adequate hangers. Garage to pull your vehicle in out of the sun.Communication with Lisa was excellent. Fast to respond to any inquiry.The location is close to restaurants and stores. We will stay there again if possible. Highly recommended.

Beautiful Home and Very Clean

The home is extremely comfortable and clean. Pool was great and absolutely loved the pool area. So relaxing. House was completely stocked with everything we needed. The dryer broke down while we were staying and Lisa immediately took care of it - fixed. You can tell the house is well taken care of. The location is close to all the beaches and great restaurants. We would definitely recommend this home

Well-equipped and Comfortable house

Our family of 6 booked a weeklong stay in this house for a family wedding in the North Port/Venice area. We found the accommodations to be comfortable and clean. Lisa was very responsive to our messages and let us know about some repairs (which did not affect our stay). While we were busy with wedding festivities, we did manage to sneak in a few days at Nokomis Beach (an easy 30 minute drive - nice beach but very shelly) and Siesta Key (well worth the hour drive to sit on the powdery sand and collect sand dollars!). Only thing that would have made this house perfect would have been a few beach chairs and a cooler. But all in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Lots of great restaurants in the area including K & K bakery for some authentic European pastries and Anna Maria Oyster House for a great seafood dinner and tropical drinks. Definitely recommend this house if you are looking in the area.

Lovely and Quiet

We were really impressed with our stay. The house was clean, beds were comfortable and the space was open so it didnt feel crowded for our family of 6. The pool was just big enough for our family and the outdoor living area was also clean and comfortable. She provides enough towels and linen during our stay. Lisa was great at communicating and always answered my messages at a timely matter. The area is close enough to stores and only 30 minutes away from the beaches with shark teeth! Some suggestions to add to the house would be a small step stool for the other bathroom for smaller kids. And bigger cereal bowls. Otherwise everything was great!

We loved a lot about this house. Absolutely beautiful! Very clean and location was great! We really enjoyed the private pool and the house was well stocked with anything we needed. The only complaint we have is the WiFi/tv. It never worked properly while we stayed. You don’t have the option to just turn the tv on and flip channels. You have to sign into apps to watch shows and those didn’t work because the WiFi was awful. I signed in to several different apps and it would just spin. I connected my phone to the WiFi and tried to display shows on the smart tv from my phone but it wouldn’t work either because the WiFi was patchy. I connected my daughter’s tablet to the WiFi and it wouldn’t work either. I did reach out to Lisa and she let me know that it was showing it was working on her end. She also told me that if Netflix works… then the internet works. (I feel like ALL the apps should be working) but regardless … Netflix didn’t work either. She did offer to have a tech come the next day but she wasn’t super personable and I felt like I was bothering her. Other than that…. We really enjoyed our stay. We would stay here again for sure… if the WiFi was running properly.
