Guest must inform host immediately at the time of an issues. Gust must leave place without liquid or food spills, put all dishes away clean and dry.
No loud or rowdy behavior. Guest cannot use heavy oils or spices that leave an odor that cannot be removed when cleaning. Lost key charge is $25.
We sleep 4 people, but not 4 adults. We only sleep 3 adults maximum and a 12 year old or under child due to sleeping arrangements.
