"This condo was extremely roomy and clean with a beautiful overlook of Flamingo Beach and views of the sunsets, David offered to pick us up from the airport which was a huge plus. The condo included a large living area and kitchen complete with appliances such as a fridge, coffee maker, full size range, also included was a washer/dryer, smart TV. 2 swimming pools completed our stay after a warm afternoon at the beach. "My cousins and I stayed here to experience Playa de Coco. This house allowed us to be extremely close to shops and restaraunts. We werent able to use the pool due to the rain. But the area was beautiful! Easy check in process. Definitely recommend this house! "

"Ilya was the best host we've ever had. He helped me locate places we wanted to visit throughout our stay. He had a cleaning person come to do laundry and clean half way through our 12 day stay at no extra charge! The condo was very clean and the beds and couches comfortable. The only thing that could have made our stay more comfortable was good beach chairs and possibly chaises or zero gravity chairs on the balconies. "
