The owner has taken great pride in decorating the condo to give you a chance to have a wonderful vacation. Our 9th floor view allows you to see the ocean from our balcony and side windows. Watch boats go up and down the waterway while you enjoy your evening dinner on the balcony. Shuttle service is provided during summer seasons for the quick trip over to the beach The space Huge floor plan makes this condo a families dream. Each bedroom has a full bathroom attached, large living room area that flows seamlessly into the upgraded kitchen. Stainless steel appliances and a custom kitchen table that seats 8 comfortably. Enjoy the ability to have a sit down meal with everyone at one table. Washer and dryer in the condo allows you to be able to wash the salt away from your bathing suits and freshen up those beach towels. \*\*All linens are provided except beach towels, also a starter packet of paper products, trash bags, and soap. Our Suite was nice and clean with fresh sheets and towels. Very quiet and relaxing. Gated, secured and private. Pool is only a couple of steps away where we enjoyed a lot of our time which was great as it was Not too empty and not too crowded. Only a couple of minutes to the board walk, the beach, Tanger outlets, Barefoot Landing and amazing restaurants. Great view to the Marina where we enjoyed fireworks! Highly recommend it! The check in process was an easy set up. The place was clean. The furniture is very interesting. Not my style but it doesn’t damper the stay. The only cons during the week is that the pool was closed on Monday and part of Tuesday (no fault of owner). There are no available closets for hanging clothes especially in the master bedroom. Also the dining room table has a big crack in it. Someone almost cut themselves on it. Also there were very few spoons in the drawer. Just didn’t look clean and one gross thing that really stuck out was the shower head. Actually had bacteria or something growing out of it. Best parts of the rental were the location and the balcony overlooking the waterway and Barefoot Landing. ##### Joe R.
