The main floor has an open concept, making it a versatile space for entertaining! The kitchen, dining nook, great room, and bar provide one shared space with an abundance of seating. This space can be further maximized with an indoor/outdoor feel as the french doors open to a balcony with views to the ocean and offers that salty air that everyone loves. There are a total of twenty-two different seating spots within this space. Pack-n-play and booster seat. Game room offers gaming galore! There’s a pool table, air hockey table, and a shuffleboard table that also does bowling. 4 beach cruiser bikes, 4 helmets and 4 locks. 4 boogie boards, 6 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas and 8 beach towels. Outside offers a large community pool, hot tub and barbecues. JBL portable bluetooth speaker in the kitchen to take anywhere with you. Blazing fast wifi speeds throughout the entire home. Ten top of the line Samsung smart TVs throughout. Including two 70” and eight 50” TVs all wall mounted and located in the great room, game room and all bedrooms. All TVs offer Netflix, Hulu and Spectrum streaming. Ceiling fans in all rooms and bedrooms. Central heating and cooling throughout the house. Elevator from parking to the main level of villa. \-- GENERAL INFORMATION -- You will have access to the entire house, except for a few storage closets and garage cabinets that are locked off for the owner’s belongings and supplies. In an effort to protect our property and our guests, security cameras are at entrance doors only. We are committed to your safety and privacy. If you plan to travel during hurricane season or want the option to cancel your plans for another unexpected reason beyond our cancellation period, we recommend purchasing travel insurance through a third-party company. We personally own and manage this home and take great pride in keeping it in top condition for our guests. It is very important to us that our home and our neighbors are treated with respect. While this is a great house for entertaining, it is not a “party house”. We do not allow big parties, weddings, or large gatherings beyond the quantity of people in the booking without owner approval at the time of booking. Quiet times, per community ordinances, are 10pm- 8am and are strictly enforced. We do however want and expect you to have a great time and a memorable experience. Minimum rental age is 30 and must stay at the property the entire duration of the booking. Proof of age is required. No pets allowed of any kind. No smoking allowed of any kind inside the house or on the balconies, however if smoking is necessary, smoking is allowed in the designated area only. Cigarette butts must be picked up and placed into the garbage can. There is plenty of parking. 5 parking spots with additional parking on a first come first serve basis. Linens, towels, hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner are all provided. A starter supply of consumables is also provided. Specific details are provided once booked. \*Please note that the pool is closed from the Monday after Thanksgiving to April 1st, but the hot tub will remain open year around. We were looking for a warm area with plenty of activities for our group. This property has the beach, pool, hot tub, golf courses, restaurants within easy access. We’ve stayed in the North Myrtle Beach area for golf trips for nearly all of the trips, and Seas the Day has to be one of the nicest and most up-to-date condos we have ever used. The condo was incredible - the amenities were 2nd to none. Super close to multiple golf course and right on the beach. Great space for large groups and an awesome game room. TVs in every room is always a plus as well. Some of us got down there before check in and the host was generous enough to let us in early! Super appreciative of that. We had a multigenerational gathering of grandparents, adults and grandchildren. The kids stayed in the game room from early morning until late at night unless we were at the beach or the pool. It fit our needs completely and then some. We had a few cleaning issues that Jay (Property manager) was very eager to remedy quickly. Communication was excellent and very timely. Jay was very accommodating on our requests. We were 3 families in town for our daughter's college softball spring training tournament. The owner was thorough in giving us the details of the rental and even what was in the surrounding areas for things to do, etc. and quick to answer any questions in the process. I have vacationed in MB for 20 years and this is by far the best place for large groups/families. Great location and the house was very clean with SO MANY extras. The home came with bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards - all high quality (Tommy Bahama). The game room is great and even the pool sticks were straight! First time ever in a vacation rental! Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms included shampoo/conditioner. It was a mix of a vacation home and a 5 start hotel. The rooms were neat and clean, the common areas were roomy and comfortable and the fact that the beach was just a few steps away was fantastic! The game room was a big hit with our family. We appreciated the three refrigerators that were in the unit which easily accommodated our food and beverages for our large gathering. No bedroom on the first floor but a full bath with grab bars and accessible tub off the game room. Ample balcony seating on each of the three wraparound balconies. Bicycles, beach chairs and beach towels included. Our family created some lasting memories at this villa. The outstanding feature for this group of friends was the game room. We spent multiple hours in it. Host provided great communication. Property was very clean and provided all that we needed. We highly recommend to large groups of friends or family. Location was great - multiple restaurants, golf, grocery stores and activities nearby. In the summer the pool would be great (obviously this time of year pool not an option-- but hot tub was!). The unit is well laid out with 4 bedrooms on each of the floors. The kitchen, family room, and game room allow you lots of areas to hang out with your group. They have thought of most everything for the unit from starter supplies, kitchen items, to linens, pool towels, and bikes. You can have your groceries delivered they day of your arrival and they will make sure they are unpacked before you get there. We stayed in an 8 BR villa plenty of room for our family and friends including a play room with a pool table and air hockey table fun for all ages. The villa has a pool, hot tub and fire pit which we enjoyed almost every day. The beach is a quick walk with easy access to and from the property. Stacey and Jay were excellent they made sure you felt welcomed… appreciate their hospitality!! They made sure your arrival and departure experience went smoothly with great communication. The property was close to many restaurants, shops, grocery stores and several excursion businesses. There was plenty to do with the family and friends.
