Centrally located in the Havens complex of Barefoot Resort in the heart of North Myrtle Beach, this condo gives golfers access to four world-class golf courses on the premises and over 20 in the surrounding area. When you're not teeing off or practicing your drive, you'll have access to amenities that include a beautiful outdoor pool (directly across the way), tennis and basketball courts, and grills for summer barbecues. Entertainment and dining options are abundant, with House of Blues, Crooked Hammock, Lulu’s, Flying Fish, Taco Mundo, Bully’s Pub, and Blueberry Grill and Dublin Winery. For family fun, zip lines, the BumgIR arcade, and Dolphin Adventure are close by as well, at 6 and 12 minutes, respectively. Take a short shuttle ride (with a stop right outside your front door) to the famous shops and restaurants at Barefoot Landing. Less than a mile outside the resort is the lovely Windy Hill Beach, known for its pure golden sand. The beach is free to enter, offering seasonal amenities that include lounge chairs, umbrellas, changing rooms, bathrooms, and showers. Broadway at the Beach, the Big 'M' Casino Boat, and the famous Murrells Inlet Marshwalk are within a short drive as well. From watersports to boating, dining to dolphin cruises, you can do it all here. Beach-goer or golfer, you'll delight in coming home to this bright and polished space. The interior living area feels warm and welcoming, with an open layout and sliding glass doors that let in the sunshine and views of the golf course. It is spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The balcony is an added amenity enjoyed by my family. It’s equipped with a patio set and drapes for added privacy. The first bathroom shower was not working property. When you turned it on water sprayed all over the place. We left it alone an immediately contacted the number given for help but never received a visit during our stay from maintenance to come and make the repair. I even placed a follow up call and they stated the repair/visit was on the list of tasks. They even asked if the other shower was working, I said yes, and they wanted to know if everyone could use that shower. I was annoyed because I didn't pay for one shower, I paid for two!
