  • This spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo at Sunrise Pointe is everything you need for a perfect beach vacation and has recently been updated. This unit sleeps 6 with 1 king in the master, 1 queen in the 2nd bedroom & 1 queen in the 3rd bedroom.

    Sunrise Pointe is located at 5404 North Ocean Blvd. in the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach. This condo has all the comforts of home including a fully equipped kitchen, full size washer & dryer, 3 full bathrooms, TV's in the living room, master bedroom & 2nd bedroom (sorry, no TV in the 3rd bedroom) and tile & vinyl flooring throughout. You also have wonderful oceanfront views from your private 10th floor balcony.

    This resort is a luxurious place for fulfilling vacation dreams and making great family memories. Great place to get away at!

We had 5 nights at this place, and it was amazing! Super clean, spacious, and right on the beach! The parking couldn't have been any closer to the elevator which made carrying our luggage up to the room a breeze. Definitely recommend a stay at this oasis at the beach!

We met in college 50 years ago. This was our first VRBO experience and it far exceeded our expectations Beautiful, very clean, updated condo perfectly situated in CherryGrove section of N Myrtle Beach. Great place and location

This is 2nd year staying in the same building. It offers a great location and views from both sides. It’s so nice having a bathroom with each bedroom. Kitchen had everything we needed including a Keurig! Hope to stay here again next year!

Perfect!

The property is even more beautiful in person, and you cannot beat the view of the ocean from the living area or bedroom. My husband and I liked it so much that we have already booked another visit for next month, and we plan to bring my mother-in-law sometime in the fall.

The condo was exactly as described! The unit was very clean when we arrived. The 10th floor ocean views were great as well! Check in process was pretty simple and the communication was great. We visit quite often and this was our first time at this property. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Beach View

We had a wonderful time during our daughters senior spring break. Lot's to do in the area and the sunrises/sunsets are just outstanding. We were there in late March so a cold streak had come thru but still beautiful and the sounds of the waves are so relaxing. I would definately bring cleaning supplies and extra items like TP, papertowel & handsoap. But if you need to get these items during your stay the IGA just south of condo has everything and more.

Beautiful place. Beautiful views and quiet. Will definitely stay here again. For anyone with large trucks the ground floor clearance is 8'6". However going to the 2nd on up the clearance in 7'. Fortunately i was able to fit. Thanks again!

Excellent location. Building in good repair. Balcony furniture is excellent. Housekeeping needs improvement, especially tubs and showers. Old fashioned key that you must drive to the office to retrieve and return. Access needs updating.

We will definitely keep this in mind for our next group trip.

Wonderful 2 week stay....

Enjoyed the whole experience. One neighbor came over to ensure everything was alright -- when I was packing the night prior to leaving. Very nice. Only issue is I like to cook, so took many things with me. I did buy a few things that were lacking e.g. larger pot for boiling spaghetti & making soup & chili, hand held can opener & Potato / Carrot Peeler need to be better. Wonderful view and loved the parking location. Definitely would stay again.

Great Condo for Family

Totally happy with our stay at the condo. Very clean, plenty of space and a great back deck with a full 180 degree view of the ocean. Go out the front door and you have the most beautiful sunset views. The only issue we had was the odor coming from the washer machine. Hopefully they can fix that easily. But I would highly recommend this condo for anyone!

Good place to stay. Great clean beach as well as room. Very small pool(s). Had the opertunity to meet a gentleman who was on site manager. Good person to deal with. Very pleasant. 1 note, no direction to trash disposal. Note on frig asks you to put in compactor, but no indication of where compactor is. It should be noted this property is 40 minutes from shopping and most entertainment.

Comfortable, beautiful view. Kitchen needs more utensils and glasses. I bought 3 wine glasses because there was only one in the cupboards, with 7 giant beer mugs. Dirty under the furniture and in bathrooms. New linens are needed, towels are only fair. Dryer was very hard to use, and no instructions for the TV and DVD. Upgrade keyed entry to key pad. Balcony furniture was excellent.
