Great house
My family stayed here over the weekend for a soccer tournament. The house was good, communication was excellent and responsive but I can’t give a full 5 stars for the simple fact that I wouldn’t stay here again because the neighbors made it clear to us that they hate that the house is for renters and as soon as they saw us get there they started moving cars to block side walks, arranging furniture so we couldn’t even step on the corners of their patio and actually spoke to my husband and said that all other houses were permanent residents and they don’t like that it’s a vrbo and don’t want the liability of people coming in and out by their property. If this kind of thing won’t bother you then the house is perfect but i didn’t like that we walked around and down the street to go to the beach and a neighbor saw us and ran outside got in her car and parked it in front of her walk through which we never even attempted to use, it was just really awkward because we felt very unwelcome by the neighbors but at no fault of the house itself so it’s a tough one. I wish the neighbors had been different because we would have chose this house every year.
