The location is what did it for me. We simply walked across Ocean Blv to a beach access directly in front of this property. It is small but worked fine fire my husband and myself. However, if anyone has been with us, we would def have been cramped. Also, it started there was a grill. We had planned to cookout several times. There was a campground charcoal grill in the ground that served all three units. Not what I expected at all. Overall, it was a very good stay. Left 3 days early because there were roaches present everyday. Water seeped in the dining area after a half day of rain . 2ft x 4ft puddle. Management company was reactive but the results were the same. Under supplied kitchen if you want to cook the least bit. Had to ask for a decent knife to prep vegetables, a can opener and wine glasses that were supplied quickly upon request. Just not a relaxing and pleasant experience. Steps from the beach.
