Summary: Urban Cowboy in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina is waiting for you! Just across the street from the beach and nearby tons of attractions, you won't be disappointed! On top of that, you will notice stunning upgrades throughout the home - making this the ideal spot for a family beach vacation. NOTE: The 5th bedroom has access from the ground and is totally separate from the main house. You must walk outside to get to this private little suite from the main house. The Space: It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which allows you to avoid enclosed hallways/crowded check in areas! The pool is cleaned weekly, on Tuesdays. Parking: Private driveway. No street parking allowed. Entry: Use of stairs is required for this property. Self check-in with keypad. Living Area: Spacious couch & additional seating! Perfect for the whole family. Kitchen: Fully stocked! Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay. The golf cart is NOT included, but you can rent one nearby. Guest Access: Guests will have the entire house for themselves. Except private locked owners closets. The Neighborhood: The complex is located in a popular spot in North Myrtle Beach - which makes for a perfect vacation! Directly across the street from the beach! ✈️ Myrtle Beach International Airport is about 18 miles 🏌️ Myrtlewood Golf Club is about 12 miles 🏢 Barefoot Landing is about 3 miles Getting Around: Guests will have private parking and can drive to all of the restaurants, shopping, and attractions that the area has to offer. You can also request and Uber, Lyft, or get a taxi.
