It is clean and the beds are comfortable, two things that we have found to be problematic with other units. We can't say enough good things about the accommodations. A well-stocked kitchen with all of the amenities we needed away from home. Restaurants, grocery stores, and activities to do are only a few minutes away. He was understanding of my family’s situation and very helpful throughout the whole thing! Location is great! Easy beach access and pool access! The only issues we had were, in my opinion, out of the owner’s control. I feel that the individuals or company that clean the unit for the owner have slacked a bit. We did have some dirty dishes, floors that needed swept, and other tidiness that we had to do, but again, I think this was not on the owner but those hired to clean the unit. Second, we did have some issues with the dryer in the unit and the kitchen light but he was very helpful and communicated with me very well! Over all…I would stay here again. ##### Jess B. The condo is in a great location and very close to restaurants, bars, and grocery stores. The view from the condo is spectacular and the beach is right out the door. The condo provided all essentials and the host was very quick to respond when I couldn’t figure out the door lock. I definitely recommend this property! ##### Dana J. The condo is always clean, all the amenities are provided, and the beach is only steps away. All the mattresses are very comfortable too. We're within walking distance to restaurants with live bands, stores, and much more. This property is located in a nice area with lots of things to do within walking distance. The condo was very nice and clean. Any questions I had, the owner responded right away. Very family friendly beach front condo community. Check in and check out was very easy, no waiting to unload/load the vehicle and wait for the elevator.
