NO ELEVATORS! I did not see this until I read a Google review, helping 3 small children and all our luggage is not practical to the 3rd(technically 4th) floor. (I did not know our room was the 4th floor until the night before or else I would have cancelled for a refund) Quick walk to the beach, and individual room was very clean. You do NOT get housekeeping- so make sure you bring plenty of laundry soap to wash towels as you only get enough for one each person. The condo setup and decoration was very nice. What I didn't like was that maintenance was on the balcony during check-in and then came back early Saturday morning to continue working on the balcony, which we never got a chance to sit outside and experience. Also, there were supposed to be 2 parking passes, however, when I checked in there was only 1\. I contacted customer service and they had someone provide one, however it didn't not match the official one that we had. I was nervous that my car was going to get towed due to the rules and restrictions. There were alot of rules and restrictions and the air conditioners were outdated.
