Ocean Keyes is a gated community offering a safe neighborhood feel, yet ONLY 2 blocks to the beach, Main Street restaurants, bars, live entertainment, shopping, local kids' park, playground & picnic areas. All walking distance within the Ocean Drive section of NMB. Sorry no golf carts allowed in this section of Ocean Keyes.  
  
Welcome to this fantastic 2nd FLOOR walk-up (NO elevator) 3 bedroom, 2 full bath condo with comfortable new furnishings in and updated new flooring througout the family room. Kitchen has granite countertops, full-sized appliances, & fully stocked for cooking & dining in around the large table just off the kitchen. All bedrooms are freshly decorated with new bedding. The condo has 4 flat screen TV's (2 are smart TVs), with cable, FREE Wi-Fi included.  
  
Splash in any one of six pools in the community. In the outdoor storage closet, the owner offers use of beach chairs, sun cover & children's beach toys for your enjoyment. A full-sized stackable washer & dryer is available in the condo. You will be impressed with Ocean Keyes amenities: pools, kiddie pools, hot tubs, fitness center, tennis courts, grills, even a clubhouse with pool table & TV!

Famous concert performances are a regular at the House of Blues & over 100 shops & restaurants criss-cross the boardwalks over the open waters. Will definitely come back to this unit when we return to NMB.

#### North Myrtle Beach Family vacation 2022

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. #### Condo was excellent and close to everything.

Condo was excellent but could have used a large mirror in both guest bedrooms ..(women need mirrors since there 3 adult women in our party). Directions for the TV could be better, ice maker did not work.

#### Calming!

This was just what my family needed! The condo was a nice walk to the beach, through beautiful streets and breath taking houses. It was great that my children each had their own rooms. I loved the dining room table so much that I took a picture of it and plan to purchase the same one for my house. The only negative was we were given the wrong entrance code and I could only use the key. I checked with the office onsite and they provided us with the correct code. We would definitely return here in the future!

#### Would totally stay again

This property is located in a nice and quiet area. We chose to drive when we visited the beach and never had any trouble with parking. It’s close enough you could take a nice walk if you wanted to though. The grounds are very well kept. There were always parking spots available right by our unit. The other people who live/rent at this resort were very friendly. The unit its self was also well kept and had everything we could possibly need. It actually seemed bigger than I thought it would be based off the pictures. The pool and hot tub were conveniently located just across the way. It seemed very safe and the security there actually do a great job at checking out who’s parking and swimming at the resort. We would definitely stay at this unit again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was great. Very spacious and clean. Kitchen was light on essentials but overall very pleased.The condo association was a little over the top. Pool was locked several times and never reopened. Constantly checking bands etc. Also the owner should add an interior only lock. Having a single deadbolt with tins of keys floating around isn't the safest.

#### A Lovely Getaway at Ocean Keyes

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I stayed at this condo in July, and it was perfect! Plenty of space for our family of 4 to stretch out, and the screened in porch was a lovely retreat for reading or dining outside. The place was clean, and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to prepare our meals. The grounds of this rental community are perfectly manicured, and everyone we encountered was super friendly and helpful. My kids loved access to all of the community pools. The condo is less than a mile to the beach. A nice walk, but you may want to drive down if you have lots to carry. We walked down to the beach in the evening for sunset walks and to take in the entertainment. Owner Direct Vacation Rentals was easy to work with. I would definitely recommend this property!

#### Sun and Fun at N.Myrtle Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family (2 daughters, 3 grandbabies)and I had a very nice stay at Ocean Keyes # 4421\. The unit is located towards the back of Ocean Keyes which meant a little further walk to the beach but the overall location was very good. We decided to drive to the beach one day and were able to pay for parking ($2/hr).There was a pool right across from the unit so that was nice. The pool area has bathrooms, chairs, and tables with Umbrellas. The unit was just as depicted in the pictures. It was clean and has evrything we needed. We really enjoyed the screened in porch. It does back up to the road so there is a little traffic noise but that didn't bother us. We were quite pleased with the unit, location and the rental company.
