Your car will only be about 35 feet from your door which makes for easy load in and load out. It’s fully updated and modernized. We could not get the dishwasher to work, but it was only my wife and me so this was a non issue. The view is perfect from this unit and we kept the door open to the patio almost the whole time! There was also a few things in disrepair. The sofabed and chair were very uncomfortable. On a more positive note, the unit was decorated beautifully with a great view of the ocean.
