The space was clean and decorated nicely. The bed was comfy, but the couch in the living room took the comfort cake! I wanted to bring it home with me! My favorite part of this condo was the balcony. The view was right above the pool and direct ocean front. It was so beautiful and relaxing to sit out there with the ocean breeze in the evenings, watching the sunset. The pool deck is beautiful and spacious. Beach access is easy. While the condo is small, it has everything you need. The beds were clean and comfortable. The negatives: the condo needs a good cleaning and some paint. Baseboards and walls are dirty and the area rug in the living room has definitely seen better days. Big Fish Rentals check in policy was my biggest problem. In a world of digital identify theft, The on line requirements and expectations are sketchy at best. You are expected to send photographs of your credit card, drivers license, and a separate photograph of your signature and a “selfie” holding said items. No exceptions. Not meeting ALL of these requirements met that you had to meet up with a maintance person at their office 5 miles from the condo. And of course said person wasn’t there and NO ONE answered the phone. ##### Susie P.
