The unit is in Sea Marsh II, which is about as far North as you can go in North Myrtle Beach. The unit is completely updated and has enough room for up to 9 guests, so bring the entire family to enjoy this beautiful view! It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in. Parking: Easy access private parking garage. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot. Entry: From the parking garage, take an elevator to your unit and it will be self check-in with a keypad access code. Kitchen: Newly updated counter/appliances/cabinets! Includes fully stocked kitchen with cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans. Keurig coffee machine. Family room: Large family room area with oceanfront views. Cable or Roku allows you to access any of your streaming services on the flat screen TV. Sofa is a queen pull-out mattress. Bedroom 1: Large bedroom with king bed and couch. Includes dresser, closet, and flat-screen TV. Bathroom 1: Full bath/shower attached to bedroom 1\. Bedroom 2: Comfortable king bed with attached bathroom. Bathroom 2: Attached to bedroom 2 and has a shower. Bedroom 3: Bunk beds with queen on bottom and full on top. Includes closet, dresser, and TV in room. Bathroom 3: Attached to bedroom 3 and also has entrance to hallway. Contains shower but no tub. Balcony: Beautiful unobstructed oceanfront view. Incredible view for sunrises! Pool: Complex pool is a shared indoor pool and open year round! Beach: Direct beach access from the complex! Multiple outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located throughout complex. We provide beach chairs, umbrellas, blankets, and toys in the condo for you to use. Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay. Washer/Dryer: Free in-unit washer/dryer. A/C: Central HVAC system with easy to use control panel. Pier: Pier is not for public use and can only be used by patrons of the nearby building. Deck Area: Shared oceanfront deck area with lounge chairs included. Guest Access: Guests will have the entire unit for themselves along with the shared complex pool and oceanfront deck. The Neighborhood: The complex is located in a quiet and less busy part of North Myrtle Beach, which makes for a perfect, peaceful family vacation. ✈️ Myrtle Beach International Airport is about 29.9 miles 🏦 Coastal North Town Center is about 4.4 miles 🐟 Cherry Grove Fishing Pier is about 1.8 miles Getting Around: Guests will have parking passes and can drive to all of the restaurants, shopping, and attractions that Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach have to offer. You can also request and Uber, Lyft, or get a taxi. The sound of the surf, the sunrises, watching dolphins in the surf and playing cards at night. If you don’t want to be in the tourist trap of Myrtle Beach the Cherry Grove is for you. ##### Ryan P. The sunrises and sunsets from the balcony were breathtaking! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was gorgeous and well-stocked. There were extra amenities (beach chair and toys, games, cards, etc) that gave this property an extra special touch. The owner communicated often and answered questions promptly. We felt very safe. The accommodations were all in all good - beautiful view of the water, lots of space, all the necessities that we hoped for! The only complaint I have is that the sliding glass door that leads to the balcony was horrible! I was unable to open or close this door; had to wait on my husband to do this. It really needs some work or just needs to be replaced altogether. Also, the umbrella for the beach was broken. We attempted to use it one day on the beach and with the wind, it was very unsafe, due to it being broken and unable to lock into place. Wouldn’t recommend anyone using that.
