The door is managed by a code lock and you will not have to check-in at the front desk. You will receive this code the day or your arrival(in the welcome email that is sent to you). So no waiting in those long lines to check-in.

Umbrellas and chairs may also be rented on the beach from the lifeguards.

During this time, the Tower 1 pool, lazy river, and all hot tubs will be drained and unavailable for use. Additionally, the Tower 1 pool deck will be closed and cordoned off for safety.

Great Place

Another great week at Myrtle Beach. Great location, easy access to what we needed. Only down side to our stay was they were working on pools off an on so it made it crowded in the other pools.

Great place

We enjoyed our stay, it was nice having a kitchen and washer/dryer. We normally stay in hotels so we normally don’t have those. The pools, onsite restaurants and oceanfront was great! I’d stay here again.

We had a great stay at this property! Julie checked in with us to make sure everything met our expectations. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed. We will definitely be returning!

Great stay

Absolutely beautiful place! Beds were great … layout was perfect! The bedroom did have a door we could not tell by pictures but there is a door for the bedroom and a door for the living room for privacy … the Murphy bed was great ✔️✔️… so overall this place is beautiful, updated, clean and comfy beds and the aminities are great!!! We will be back !!!

Great Beach Getaway

My mom and I came for a few days at the beach and had a wonderful time. The location is so convenient to lots of restaurants and shopping and the unit is steps from the beach. Very clean and comfortable with a lovely balcony and the owner’s instructions were very clear. Everything was easy and we would definitely come again!

Perfect coastal getaway

Came with my best friend of 40 years for a birthday weekend. Loved the layout of the place and the Murphy bed came in handy. Beds were so comfortable! It was very clean and had everything needed for the perfect stay. Will come back next year.

Fantastic Stay with Excellent Amenities and Comfortable Accommodations

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The pool and amenities were excellent, adding great value to our experience. The space comfortably accommodated our group of 8, with all of us able to sleep well on the provided beds. For the price, it was definitely worth it. We highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the unit. Both the bathroom and the kitchen needed attention before I could unpack. Hair in the bathroom drawers, food in cups in the kitchen cabinets, hair and food particles in the silverware holder. We had arrived carried in our items and then headed for a walk on the beach. By the time we got back to unload it was after 6 and housekeeping stops at 7. I cleaned out the bathroom drawers but texted when I realized the condition of the kitchen I texted and told them if they didn't come before we returned from supper I would just take care of the kitchen myself. I ran things through the dishwasher and what wasn't cleaned that day was washed before I used it during the week. I realized about 2 days in that our feet were dirty from walking barefoot in the unit. Had I located the mop early in our stay I would have mopped myself. The living room furniture is stained but the couch was pretty comfortable. The bed was clean and comfortable.The garbage smell outside the unit during the heat of the day was pretty bad but the complex wants trash in the bins on your floor, I tried to follow the trash instructions in the info sent but was told at the lobby not to do that. There were conflicting instructions for check out hanging on the fridge but I followed what we were sent with our booking- balcony door needed repair we requested it be done after we left.

a week on the beach

after a few hiccups ( the property management company sent email after I started a 12 hour drive saying they didnt receive my deposit! My check-in was not going to happen....hiccup #1 ) I was happy that the place was clean, neat and well taken care of, and was right on the beach. Pools, Lazy River, hot tubs (at least 2 ) were all cleaned every morning. I joked with the cleaning crew that they clean the common areas perpetually (they do!) Overall the week was very good. Now Big Fish rentals ... if only they weren't so ... poor on their communication..They got my deposit wrong. they got my departure wrong. their requirements to get the rental were unnecessariily laborious. Maybe it was me. But I hope to have my deposit returned in a timely fashion, not the 30 days they claim is needed.

We enjoyed our stay! The condo is beautifully decorated and has views of the pool deck and ocean. We loved that it is conveniently located on the second floor and close to the elevators. We didn’t have any issues but communication for check in and out was great!

Check in at 4 they were mopping! Smelled disinfectant all night. Not stocked with anything in the kitchen except cookware pretty much. Not even a roll of paper towels. Everything is stained, sofa, throw pillows, bed pillows, Murphy bed pad. There were no pillow cases for spares had to ask. Can’t really even sleep on murphy bed so poor. Garbage in 100 plus degree in hall of floor smelled for days. Requested more washcloths, toilette paper they told me no, starters were given. No laundry detergent to wash them and dirty towels piled up over 4 days. You would be better getting a room at this place with maid service. 1 of the hairdryers started smoking the moment I turned on. 3 hangers in closet. Coffee maker is 20 yrs old it looks. Broken table on deck. Ceiling light out in bathroom, dark. Ruined my vacation

Not as expected.

The place smelled terrible similar to sewage. Come to find the washer/dryer had a damaged/clogged drain pump and it was still filled with water. Spent time at a laundry, not happy. Property manager did not respond, just sent someone to suck out the water. Also hot water was limited, sometimes hot and sometimes cold. Other small things irritated us. Not well maintained.

Brought in the new year's in January here. My 2 stars are for the location and pools. This was an awful housing experience. Smelled gross. Very unclean. Not kept up. And communication was prompt but nothing was done about all of the issues and it was an insane process to check in. I've never had to jump through so many hoops to check in. The check-in process was very scary so I took a walk in and checkout video so I wouldn't be screwed. And after having proof of then breaking their own contract, I got no compensation if any sort. I would never stay here again or with any property of this company.
