No smoking on the property. A $1000 fine will be enforced for smoking on the property, inside or outside! No parties or events. Check-out is at 10 AM. No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed. All sand needs to be cleaned off before entering the house. We have an outdoor shower. Failure to remove sand will result in an extra cleaning fee. Please refrain from making excessive noise past 10 PM. Outside Quiet Hours 10PM-8AM. PET RULES: • A $100 Pet Fee must be paid before check-in or your dog will not be allowed on the property. 30 pound weight limit. • Your dog should be friendly and house-trained. Dogs that utilize pee pads are NOT allowed. • We provide pet blankets that need to be used if your dog gets on the furniture. Dogs are not allowed in the beds! • Your dog must be supervised by you at all times or crated if left alone. • Please pick up after your dogs in the yard. There will be an additional cleaning fee of $100 if we have to have dog waste picked up. • Any dog that becomes disruptive will need to be removed immediately. No aggressive dogs. • You will be charged for any damage caused by your dog. • Limit of two dogs. POOL RULES: Pool heat is available if the outside temperature is above 50 degrees and we have 3 days prior notice to heat the pool for your comfort. Spa heat is available anytime and is controlled by you via the spa pad by the pool area. You are swimming at your own risk. We are not liable for any accidents or injuries. Children always need to be supervised. No pets allowed in the pool. No glass is permitted around the pool or on the downstairs patio. We have provided plastic cups for your convenience to use around the pool area! If the glass is broken in the pool there will be an additional fee of $500 in order to clean the pool. There is an outdoor shower provided for your convenience! Please rinse off any sand prior to entering the pool. \*\*Violations of our house rules will result in immediate cancellation.
