This beautiful, spacious, beach home is only a minute walk to Windy Hill Beach and a mile drive to Barefoot Landing. The whole family will enjoy the incredible outdoor space which includes two separate decks, huge patio, and one of the biggest pools in the North Myrtle Beach. This house has everything you need for an amazing vacation-and you might never want to leave. There is plenty of private parking, a fully stocked expansive kitchen, and two separate living areas to spread out over the almost 4000 sq feet. Any evidence of smoking will result in a fee for odor removal, duct and furniture cleaning. Property Maintenance: Our pool and landscaping is maintained by a trusted-third party company. Due to their schedule, we cannot provide specific day confirmations to guests on when they will be onsite. They are no required to announce their arrival. The pool is serviced twice a week during peak season and once a week during non-peak. Guests are responsible for skimming debris from the pool in between cleans. Guests who want to request an additional clean will need pay an additional fee. Starter Supplies: Bath towels and linens are included in the cleaning fee. To ensure your first night with us is comfortable we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, roll of paper towels and garbage bags. Please note these items are intended to cover your needs for the first night. For the remainder of your stay you will need to bring or purchase any additional items that you require. The pool heater is available certain times of the year (mid-April, May, September and mid-October) at an additional charge and needs to be requested at least five days prior to check in. The temperature of the heated pool is not guaranteed and can vary especially in cold weather. The charge for a heated pool is $30/night. Guests are prohibited from putting furniture and items not designated for pool use in the pool. Guests are NOT allowed to touch any of the pool equipment and will be responsible for any issues caused. It is not uncommon to encounter insects such as palmetto bugs or wildlife in this tropical climate. While we do take preventative measures to keep critters out with pest control services there is the possibility that some get into the house. Please keep doors closed to help control this. There is wildlife in the area so please do not leave food or drinks outside. There is one charcoal grill available for use outside as a courtesy. Guests are responsible for supplies as well as cleaning the grills. Please note that your stay can be during hurricane season, which runs from June through November. While we always hope for perfect weather, storms can occasionally disrupt travel plans. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip in case of unforeseen weather events. Refunds will only be given for nights that fall under a mandatory evacuation order. Free private parking is available on-site for up to four vehicles. There is no parking on the lawn. There are three security cameras on the outside of the house. One at the front entrance and garage, one on the rear of the house facing the gate and pool equipment and one covering the pool area. They may all be recording or saving still images. There is an Amazon Echo Dot in the kitchen and one in the living room. They can be unplugged but we ask that you plug them back in before check-out. There is a stationary charcoal grill in the pool area . Guests are responsible for cleaning the grill and providing their own supplies. NO PARTIES/EVENTS ALLOWED-Primary booking guest must be 25 and present during the entire reservation. No unregistered or unauthorized guests/pets/visitors allowed on premises, including the pool area. Primary guest must provide final guest headcount prior to arrival. Everything went great. The refreshing dip in the pool was great as well as the grill to cook a couple nights. The kitchen and dining area were great too. Convenient walk to beach. Really great neighborhood. The only minor hiccup was the mosquitos are pretty bad in the evenings so maybe bring repellent. Other than that it couldn’t have been better. The owner was quick to respond to questions before and during the trip. There wasn’t really a view of the ocean but it was very close and it wasn’t very crowded! The kids loved the pool and the adults loved the patio! Souvenir shopping, pharmacy, restaurants, and putt putt were also within walking distance. Walmart, outlet mall, and Barefoot Landing were very short drives. We enjoyed ourselves and would return! ##### Jennifer C. Floors were dirty when we got there. Carpets need replaced. Couldn’t use oven because when we turned it on it was so dirty the smoke rolled out. We prewashed every dish and silverware and pans before we used it. Bathroom showers had mold on sliding doors. The grill outside my husband had to clean it was disgusting it was so dirty. The refrigerator ice maker worked but every time you opened the door it would fall out because it was broke. We contacted the owner and he wanted to send a cleaning crew and a refrigerator repair person over but everything that needed done needed to be done when no one occupied the house. So we made the best of it. We paid a lot of money for this house and feel we didn’t get what we paid for. The house could be so beautiful but even the outside didn’t look like the pictures we saw onVRBO. It was over grown bushes in the front and the gutters had trees growing out of them. There were cigarettes butts left in a can on the patio that smelled so bad. We have gone thru VRBO before and always been happy. But not this time. We had our kids and grandkids with us so couldn’t go anywhere else so we made the best of it. Not happy ##### Ted W. The outside area is dirty, except the immediate area around the pool. The area under the deck / the "outdoor bar area" and outdoor The back deck upstairs needs replaced -- the screws are backing out and boards are splintering. The outdoor table was never wiped down by the cleaning crew and we had to purchase a table cloth to make it usable. We noticed circulation issues upon our arrival and checked the central air filters -- both were gross. The worst were the floors inside the house. We ended up having to wear shoes inside as our feet were black in 15 mins. There were also various lights throughout the house that had blown bulbs, didn't work, etc. The kitchen utensils were visibly dirty and had to all be hand-washed prior to us using them. There were tons of mosquitos in the outside area and made it unusable without bathing in bug spray. It would be helpful to remove the mountain of old inflatables, etc. under the steps to potentially address the standing water / mosquito issue. On Day 2, 3 of 4 small children began having allergic reactions after utilizing the swimming pool one time. The worst of the 4 was taken to Urgent Care. Following our Urgent Care visit, the diagnosis was relating to the high levels of chlorine (chemical burn) as kids are most sensitive to this issue. The host indicated that they tested the pool and it was fine. Overall, not an ideal stay. ##### Caitlin D.
