The only thing I would do if I were the owner would be add a small fence on the public deck side of the house. People kept coming in the yard and using the house water to clean sand off their chairs and feet. Also, everyone would walk through the yard to bypass the dock stairs. The carpet on the stairs to the upstairs also was worn and stained. We also were a bit worried about the floor in the living area, as you walk in from the front door toward the kitchen area and bedrooms. It was incredibly spongy and we worried that the house was a little unstable there. However, all in all, it was a wonderful house in a spectacular location. How it seems Elliott does almost NO maintenance to maintain this house. Filthy sheets. False pictures. Hot tub cover broken. Dirt on silverware. Food and roaches inside dishwasher. Fridge water filter expired. Huge gap in front door letting in the roaches. We know the name and reservation number of the NEXT renter since the sheets were dropped off while we wers still there.
