Holly House / Poolside Getaway / Near the Beach

Welcome to your perfect beach getaway! This beautifully designed coastal home features bright, modern interiors with plenty of natural light and stylish décor. Enjoy spacious 4 bedrooms with plush beds, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living area perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun.

Step outside to unwind by the shared pool, lounge in the outdoor seating area, or sip coffee on your private balcony. Located just a stroll from the beach.

HOUSE RULES:
Must be 21 or older to book our home.

No pets allowed.
No Motorcycles, RVs, or trailers.

No smoking on the property. A $1000 fine will be enforced for smoking on the property, inside or outside!

No parties or events.

Check-out is at 10 AM.

No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed.

All sand needs to be cleaned off before entering the house. We have an outdoor shower and hose for this purpose. Failure to remove sand will result in an extra cleaning fee.

Please refrain from making excessive noise past 10 PM.



POOL RULES:
You are swimming at your own risk. We are not liable for any accidents or injuries.
Children always need to be supervised.
No glass is permitted around the pool or on the downstairs patio. We have provided plastic cups for your convenience to use around the pool area! If the glass is broken in the pool there will be an additional fee of $500 in order to clean the pool.
There is an outdoor shower provided for your convenience! Please rinse off any sand prior to entering the pool.
