The number of bathrooms and bedrooms is ideal for a large family gathering. The things that could use improvement are as follows: The furniture is old and in some cases, broken or worn out completely. The interior and exterior are shabby and in dire need of repair, paint, and remodeling. There were multiple issues with the air conditioning that took some time to fix, but they did follow through with it to get repairs done. But there are many things that need to be repaired and maintained. The supplied towels and linens are well used.
