At first we were concerned about the older hotel next to the condo but we never had any issues. It was nice being able to park so close instead of across the street like we did at a resort last year. The condo had some light wear and tear but nothing that was a deal breaker for us. We enjoyed having a three bedroom condo with enough beds for everyone to have their own bed. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. We had an issue with the stove, but thankfully, a repair man fixed it before we needed to start dinner. It was nice to have access to a full washer and dryer during our stay. The beach chairs were an unexpected surprise and walking to the beach was quick thanks to the pathway. One other issue we had was the condo staying cool through the night in the bedrooms. We just bought a fan for our stay so we didn't report this concern.
