The location was perfect. The walk to the beach was a breeze. The pool was clean and easily accessible. The only issue we had was the room was left pretty dirty. Nothing we couldn’t clean up in a few minutes to enjoy our stay. Also the parking situation was a little upsetting. Really cramped and hard to get in and out of the parking lot. Nice 1st floor condo located on street side. We parked 15ft from the door. A breezeway through the complex takes you to the deck then beach which is less than 250ft from your door. Everything was clean, neat, and ready to go. There were several evenings where young adults would cruise the street playing loud music. Our favorite feature was the 1.25 mile walk to the north end of the beach which opened up into a massive beach. During low tide, you could cross onto Waities Island, a completely undeveloped barrier island. This part was fascinating to us.
