This condo is set to accommodate a large extended family or 2 small families with a Main and a Mini-Main bedroom - each with a King bed. The other two bedrooms have 2 Queen beds each. Reviewer Comments: First time renting direct and not VRBO. I must say it was a different experience and much more complicated. I did not feel welcome at all the whole time we were there. The location is great, minus the bar next to the building, our room was on the corner and Friday night and Saturday night after closing gets very loud. Make sure you bring trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels, as well as kitchen sponge and soap, and laundry detergent. It is a non-smoking property, but we had neighbors smoking weed and it would get so bad, you could not sit on the balcony all hours. Overall, the space was perfect, but the beds were very hard, kitchen is small but has all you need. Pool is ok, but it gets packed and very loud. The beach access is perfect. You are very close to Barefoot landing and only 30 minutes from Broadway at the beach.
