### Crescent Shores 1601 Oceanfront, Pools,Lazy River

Crescent Shores, North Tower, Unit 1601\. This wonderful, ocean front condo is located in the heart of North Myrtle Beach, SC, with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. You'll appreciated this beautiful end unit has many extra windows for views of the beach. The 26 foot, 16th floor, balcony gives stunning views of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean and the white sandy Grand Strand coastline. It's accessible from both the living room and the main bedroom with table and chairs for relaxing and dining.   
  
NOTE: The indoor pool is temporarily closed (March-April) due to pool chemical imbalance. No date has been determined by the HOA for re-opening the indoor pool. The outdoor pool is heated to 85 degrees.  
  
The 1850 square foot interior is tastefully decorated. The living room features comfortable sectional surround seating for dreamy oceanfront views. For movie night, there's a 65 inch smart TV plus FREE wireless internet access. Large flat panel smart TVs in all bedrooms and large open family room. The well-appointed kitchen offers granite countertops, and new stainless steel appliances include an electric range, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, as well as a full-size washer and dryer off the kitchen. The cabinets are well stocked with plenty of dishes, glasses and silverware. Both a regular coffee pot and Keurig are available. A dining table for 6 and a 2-seat breakfast bar offers plenty of room for your group to eat together.   
  
The main bedroom has oceanfront balcony access, plus king bed, and 55 inch flat screen TV. A walk-in closet leads to the main bath with granite counters and double vanity sinks. A separate glass shower stall, along with a jetted whirlpool tub, awaits you.  
  
3 other bedrooms are combination of King and Queen beds. Bedrooms include ceiling fans, new bedding, pillows and blankets, plus flat screen TVs. Beds are encased in waterproof protectors covered by quality mattress pads.   
  
The amenities at Crescent Shores include outdoor pool, 2 hot tubs, lazy river, kiddie pool, charcoal cooking grills, indoor pool, outdoor showers and a fitness area. Any and all outdoor pools are open April through September, they are NOT HEATED. A free parking garage offers covered parking. On site security is also provided. From the oceanfront pool, you're steps from the boardwalk and over the dunes for beachside fun in the sun! Additional beach umbrellas and chairs are available for rent directly in front of the condo on the beach. Other watersport adventures are also available for purchase directly on the beach. Next door is Molly Darcy’s an oceanfront pub with indoor and outdoor seating, bar and pool tables.

Reviewer Comments: With easy access to the beach, plenty of parking, and lots of shopping and restaurants near by, this is one of the most convenient beach stay's I've had! In addition to the great location, the unit is large with great furniture for a good night's sleep. The large kitchen table and coffee table are great for board games on rainy days and the porch is the perfect spot for a morning coffee and a bit of people watching. A great spot!

The place is clean and tidy and has plenty of amenities like pots, pans, coffee makers, toasters, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and everything you can think of, just like at home! Beach access directly from the building, a nice, clean pool, a lazy river, hot tubs, and an indoor pool. The location is perfect with fantastic restaurants everywhere, countless family-friendly shops, and a bar right next door with great nightlife, good prices, and great music. Overall, an amazing stay and I will be coming back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Just got back from our time away at the beach. It was great to unwind with a stay at the beach. The condo was better than described and the view of the ocean was unbelievable from the 16th floor. The location was convenient to Barefoot, the outlet mall and many great restaurants. The condo was clean and bigger than expected. All the appliances appear to be new and having the large tvs in the bedroom was great for occupying the kids. There was some maintenance work on the South building but it did not impact our stay in the North Tower in any way. Can't think of anything that would have made it better.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was fantastic and in a great location, but that was the ONLY positive thing I can say about our stay at Crescent Shores! The pool situation was absolutely horrible from the first day we arrived, then each and every day there was a new rule added on to the list of imaginary rules that were not posted and most/all of these rules were being enforced by an extremely rude security guard. To make our experience even worse, my grandchildren are biracial and it become very clear to us and the other people of color that they were not welcome there! Sad as all get out to realize there are still people and places like this in 2024..... Obviously we will be looking elsewhere for our 2025 family vacation!!!

#### Beautiful condo!

Great condo only issue we had was the jetted tub didn’t have hot water. We even checked all others and they did. Property management just said it meant we was out of hot water. Nope we made sure to try when no water had been used. Nothing to do with the room but the property the trash company didn’t work. They definitely need more elevators . Long waits . Parking is not great. But now the condo itself was pert.
