Cozy oceanfront beach condo full of light

  • Light and bright larger 1600+ sq. ft. oceanfront end-unit condo on high floor for great views, with 3 balconies. Three bedrooms, two with direct balcony access. Kitchen accesses 3rd balcony. This renovated beachfront condo features direct beach access, 74 golf courses (and 50+ mini golfs!) within 20 miles, including 8 within North Myrtle itself. After a day in the sun and maybe a visit to Pawley's Island or Brookgreen gardens, come back home to enjoy a swim in the community pool and barbecue in the community grilling and picnic area. Mostly owner-occupied building is a quiet respite and infrequently busy. Good value for money.
