We were traveling with small children and had packed lightly, expecting to be able to do laundry at the house throughout the stay. Sadly we spent a total of 10-12 hours at a local laundry mat. While the hosts were responsive to messages and acknowledged the issue, no alternative solution was provided except offering to pay for the little spent at laundry mat.
