Located on 1st floor which was perfect because we had our 15 yr old dog with us. The floors inside were a bit slippery for him, wish there was a rug in living room and could use a hook or 2 by the door since this is pet friendly. Could have used extra kitchen towel and better quality as once it was damp/wet it pretty much stayed that way.
