The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, and the condo was extremely clean and well appointed. That said, we specifically made reservations for an oceanfront condo. I was very specific in my search and in speaking with Christian - the “host representative” numerous times both before and after booking. However, when we arrived, not only was our condo not oceanfront, it wasn’t even on the beach. It was two blocks away, with a view of some crummy, rundown houses, an electrical distribution station, and a major roadway. Again while the condo itself and the staff were great, overall it was not as advertised and not what we booked/paid for. For that reason, I don’t know that I will use VRBO again. ##### Ryan T. Also, even though advertised you are not guaranteed to be oceanside which is the reason for us picking the property. It was not oceanside, it is first come first serve. There was no one at the two lobby's able to change us or tell us if we could transfer. We also, arrived before our 4p.m. check-in and waited for over 2 hours before they would give us a room. They told us we would get a text when ready, however they did not and we had to keep checking on an availability. This was particularly cumbersome due to us having 3 kids with us. The rooms themselves were as described and clean, just a terrible view pointing away from the ocean. Other pluses were lazy rivers and indoor/outdoor pools and ample covered parking.
