This one-bedroom, one-bath unit sleeps 2–4 with a queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, and a handicap-accessible bathroom, making it a great option for guests seeking easy access with no stairs. The building is older, but the interior is comfortable and well maintained. The living area features a Samsung Smart TV with cable, plus Wi-Fi for streaming—guests are welcome to log into their own Netflix or Prime accounts. The kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, oven and range, microwave, and basic kitchen wares for preparing meals during your stay. Step outside to the oceanside patio or enjoy the shared oceanfront sundeck just steps from the sand. Picnic tables are available in the common area behind the building. The property has seven total units that share on-site washer and dryer facilities located under the steps. Blue Mist is one of the few pet-friendly oceanfront properties in Cherry Grove, allowing small dogs with a $300 non-refundable fee per dog. This is a non-smoking property with no house parties, motorcycles, or trailers permitted. Parking is limited to one vehicle. And it did not matter if it was in the morning, afternoon or night. On Wednesday, at 2:00 p.m., the construction crew closed off our access to the beach, even though the sign out front says "Public Access".
