This condo boasts beautiful upgrades throughout! Nearby you will find many restaurants, shops, and attractions to enjoy! It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in. Parking: Easy access private parking lot. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot. Entry: \*\*Stairs required\*\* This unit is on the 3rd (top) floor. Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen with cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans. Family room: Large family room area with access to the oceanfront balcony! Bedroom 1: Spacious bedroom with access to the balcony! King bed. Bathroom 1: Attached to bedroom 1\. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay. Washer/Dryer: Free in-unit washer/dryer. Guest Access: Guests will have the entire unit for themselves (other than a private owner's closet) along with the shared complex pool. The Neighborhood: The complex is located in North Myrtle Beach near Main St - which makes for an ideal vacation. ✈️ Myrtle Beach International Airport is about 19.6 miles 🐟 Cherry Grove Pier is about 3 miles 🏦 Coastal North Town Center is about 3.1 miles Getting Around: Guests will have parking passes and can drive to all of the restaurants, shopping, and attractions that Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach have to offer. You can also request and Uber, Lyft, or get a taxi. Other Things to Note: PLEASE NOTE: This unit is located near the street and it is possible that you will hear traffic noises. Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc. Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay. Routine Pest Control happens quarterly on the 4th day of that month (3rd or 5th for July). The HOA requires the technician be allowed to enter the condo to spray during this time and guests will be expected to allow entry. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. Overall our stay was good! It provided plenty of space for our family of four and we enjoyed our trip a lot! 2 things to note - there is no elevator, which can be tough when moving luggage. It’s doable though. Another thing is the dryer is somewhat inefficient. It took a few cycles to get the clothes dry. Again, doable, but kind of inconvenient.
