Beach Bungalow 5 minutes from the beach

The Beach Bungalow is a trailer nestled in a fantastic location, with a 5 minute drive to the beach. The home is at the end of the road inside the Creekside neighborhood, so there's a good bit of privacy with little traffic.

Two bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a sunroom with a pull out couch. A covered front porch and large deck off the sunroom offers outdoor space to enjoy morning or evening coffee.

The Bungalow is fully furnished! Linens, towels, pots, pans, etc. are all there. You'll just need to bring toiletries and whatever you'd like to eat and drink!

If you're looking for a simple place to stay while on a beach vacation, the Bungalow is perfect. There is a tv with a dvd player, no cable or internet but has a very good ac unit to keep you cool!

Pets are welcome, and there is a fenced run in the backyard!

There is availability for long-term, off season rental.

College Orientation

We came down because my son had orientation for his freshman year at CCU. It was a two day orientation and I am a very nervous mom about him going away. It was nice to find such a good place to stay during this time. Everything was clean-simple but homey. The owner was always available and let us know he could be contacted at anytime. My 13 year old asked if we could stay at the same place next time.

Pictures on site are old and definitely not accurate. Property had roaches! Rodent box with poison inside was being used as a door stop to the bathroom. Rodent snap trap was under the furniture . Rodent poison pellets in an open container was also under the furniture. We brought our dogs and fortunately they didn’t get into any of the stuff. Needless to say .. when we saw all that stuff .. we left . Called the owner but he was very non chalant about it all.

We enjoyed our stay.

We arrived late the first night and found everything we needed. The trailer was clean inside. Dont let the outside fool u. Even though it's in a mobile home park it was very quiet and close to everything we needed. Trevor was on the ball answering any and all questions we had. It's hot in South carolina but the Ac unit worked marvelous. We had a large group of adults and children and had no problem with the sleeping arrangements. We hope to get to go back soon. Thanks for sharing ur place with us!
