Awesome Oceanfront End Unit-BayWatch Resort-Great Amenities, Direct Owner Rental

  • If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, family-owned and operated condo with gorgeous, unobstructed, direct ocean-front views, this is it. Our two-bedroom condo is an end unit on the 17th floor of Tower 3 at the Bay Watch Resort.

    You're just steps from the sand, shops and restaurants. Bay Watch also offers secure, covered, on-site parking for guests.

    Our condo features newer updates, including gorgeous new flooring throughout, fresh paint, new faucets and new light fixtures.

    We have a 42" flat screen HDTV in the family room, and a 32" flat screen HDTV's in each bedroom.

    Our large, ocean-front balcony is perfect for morning coffee, reading a book or enjoying a glass of wine.

    The master bedroom features an en suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and shower, as well as a private balcony with views of the beach and ocean. The guest bedroom is right next to the full, guest bathroom. Both bedrooms offer ample closet space. And, we regularly update the bedding in both bedrooms.

    Our kitchen was remodeled with new appliances, cabinets and granite counter tops, Nov 2022 and is fully-equipped. We also provide an in-unit washer and dryer for your family's convenience, and we offer free Wi-Fi.

    Bay Watch Resort is located in the Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach, SC.

Perfect getaway!

We spent a few days at this condo with our son for Christmas. Super clean and beautifully decorated . Loved our view from the balcony , nice kitchen, comfy beds . Bonus was the bar restaurant was located on bottom floor . We definitely will be back to this condo .

Well deserved vacation!

Easy access to the elevators, parking garage, pools, on site restaurants, and the beach. No problem driving to and from other activities, restaurants, The Alabama Theater, or shopping. Beautiful Views, Clean & Comfortable Condo, 5 Stars!

The condo has a gorgeous refurbished kitchen, beautiful views from large balcony, and is very clean and comfortable. The owner was very responsive to my questions, replying within a minute each time. The Baywatch Towers amenities are wonderful with so many pools, indoor and outdoor! Baywatch also does a great job maintaining the facility, with ample staff, all very friendly. We had a wonderful time, would absolutely stay here again.

The unit was very clean...one of the cleanest we've ever stayed in. It was well stocked and when I had a question, the owner responded immediately. The location was very easy for InstaCart and food deliverers to find. No complaints at all! We will definitely try to book this unit again.

Paradise!

This was one of the best, if not THE BEST, place we ever stayed at. The host was absolutely fantastic! The place is located right at the beach. We are always looking for places with the pools and this place beat our expectations: 4 heated pools (one was outside and 3 inside) and 2 unheated pools. The place is very spacious, and layout is very good. The place was clean, quiet. and felt like home away from home. I highly recommend it to anyone and hope to rent it again the next winter.
