The condo is as the pictures indicate. It was clean, and well maintained. It is on the top floor and is a corner unit so it was quiet and had excellent views of the beach and the ocean. Communication with the owner was excellent. Had an issue with the motorized blind on the door to the balcony and the owner was super responsive and came over and got it back up and running. This is the first time I have actually met an owner and he was nice and friendly. If I had to list a con, it would be the blinds in the master bedroom. They allow quite a bit of light in during the early the mornings when the sun starts coming up and did wake us up earlier than we wanted. Other than that, I would stay here again. ##### David W. Everything was exactly as listed. It is very nicely furnished, clean, and up to date. We can't think of anything that would have made it better. Carolina Reef is well placed in the area of North Myrtle Beach. The room was immaculate and full of things we needed for the week. I would definitely plan to stay again!
