We are the owner-operators, so you can be sure that you will always deal directly with us, giving you peace of mind during the rental and payment process. This is a spacious three bedroom, three full bath condo with a panoramic 10th floor ocean view. The bright and open floor plan is ideal for a group of 8-10 people. Windy Hill Dunes is well maintained and is in a great location. Our condo features 3 bedrooms with a total of 4 beds as well as a sofa bed in the living room. The master suite has a comfortable king bed and a sliding door that opens onto the oceanfront balcony. Go to bed and wake up to the tranquil sounds of the ocean. The master bathroom has a garden tub, separate shower and double vanity. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and an attached full bathroom. Bedroom 2 has 2 queen beds and a separate full bathroom. A portable pack 'n play crib and high chair is also available for the little ones. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with Corian countertops, ceramic tile, complete with almost everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals. It has many amenities including a Keurig, coffee maker, blender, toaster oven, toaster, many pots and pans, casserole dishes, silverware, utensils, etc. The oceanfront balcony has an amazing, unobstructed full panoramic view of the ocean and a table with chairs to relax and enjoy the views. The balcony has access from both the living room and the master bedroom. The condo is spacious throughout and has ceramic tile floors in the foyer, kitchen, and bathrooms, with new luxury vinyl flooring in all the bedrooms and the living room. The living room has a comfortable sofa, love seat, chair and recliner. The sofa folds out into a full size bed if needed. The condo has high speed Wi-Fi internet access available free of charge and has 4 flat screen TV's, and 1 Blu-ray/DVD player. The TV's feature built-in, easy to use Roku interface with active subscriptions to Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Video and more. We have also included many board games, DVD movies, and books for your enjoyment. We have an outdoor storage closet that usually has beach chairs, 'boogie boards', and some beach toys (to be enjoyed by our guests, but not guaranteed). There is plenty of closet space throughout the unit to easily store all you need to bring. The condo has a full sized washer and dryer and a pantry for more storage. Windy Hill Dunes has plenty of area on the beach and pool area for everyone to enjoy. Enjoy the pool, lazy river, hot tub and grilling area (featuring Green Eggs). The grounds of Windy Hill Dunes are kept very clean and are well maintained. The dunes have two glass elevators for your ride to the 10th floor and plenty of convenient COVERED parking spaces available right next to the condo units. Windy Hill Dunes is close to Barefoot Landing and Restaurant Row with all their shopping, dining, and attractions, plus large numbers of restaurants and attractions (numerous golf courses, miniature golf, nearby casino, Alabama Theater, House of Blues, Dixie Stampede, Pirates Voyage, Tanger Outlet Mall, Restaurant Row, Colonial Mall, etc.) just down the road. We have easy access to the main highway bypass (known as Hwy 31 OR Carolina Bays Parkway). From here quick and convenient access to our property on your way in and quick access to areas to the north and south. Take a 20 minute drive south and spend time at Broadway at the Beach. There are hundreds of unique shops, rides for the kids, and restaurants of every kind. The kids will love Ripley's Aquarium and Magic Quest Adventures. Don't forget about the new boardwalk in Myrtle Beach and the OD Pavilion right on Main Street in North Myrtle Beach! We have stayed in many different condos over the years in North Myrtle Beach and this one is our favorite! The condo was clean, well stocked, has a great layout, beautiful view, the list goes on. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach and then coming back to the pool area every day with some laps in the fun lazy river. We enjoyed several evenings in the hot tub too. The condo was spacious, clean and had the supplies we needed for the week. The amenities were clean, our grandchildren especially enjoyed the lazy river. We definitely recommend this specific unit and plan on booking it again. The only difficulty was getting wheelchair in and out to balcony and it wasn't insurmountable, just a bit difficult because of a 2 inch threshold. We enjoyed our stay this week. Can’t beat the view (and I researched for weeks before booking). Condo has everything you need. Communication was great with owners - always quick to reply. Neighborhood was great with lots to do within a short distance. Anything we had questions about or concerns were handled promptly. Floors have been updated since pics so no carpet - which was a plus for us! FYI - you have to enter code to get the door to lock on way out of condo (I may have missed this in the info but something to keep in mind or you’re leaving the place unlocked and then locking upon return). The only thing I would do to make this a 5 star rating is to upgrade the mattress in master - the other beds were comfy. It’s probably just my preference vs someone else’s, however. ##### Melissa Z. We had a wonderful time staying at Beaches 4Life at Windy Hill Dunes. Communication with Shannon and Brent was seamless before, during, and after our stay. This was one of the cleanest rental units we have entered upon check-in. Moving in and out was easy with the multiple carts and loading/unloading zones and multiple fast elevators. The parking garage and air conditioned walkway from the third level was so convenient. The condo was spacious and well-stocked with kitchen plates, silverware, appliances, etc. The furniture and beds were newer and very comfortable. The ROKU TVs in the bedrooms and living area were wonderful, as two in our group were not “beach people”. The empty pantry for food was a wonderful bonus to put all of our snacks and food to allow for more counter space in the kitchen. It was wonderful having a balcony with a table and other chairs for our group of five to be able to enjoy the beautiful views together comfortably. Check-in and check-out was a breeze with the use of a personalized code on the door. It was convenient not having to go to a rental office to pick up, drop off, and deal with keys for the week. This was simply one of the best vacation experiences we have had and are looking forward to staying here again in the future. The extra large washer and dryer was a nice plus! Nice to sit on the patio with the sand just steps away. We rented umbrellas and chairs which were directly in front of the condo. Shannon and Brent also had chairs and umbrellas in the condo to take to the beach.
