Bed bugs, mold, cobwebs everywhere and the door was very hard to lock and secure. When the property manager was notified of the situation, I had to provide pictures to her. Ok, however the VRBO app is not user friendly to send those pictures and the phone number the owner provided VRBO was not the correct number. Finally after much inconvenience, the owner offered to send the cleaning lady over. She came, sprayed an unbearable amount of a horrible air freshener and changed the sheets…this does not rid the house of bed bugs! The apartment still had mold, cobwebs, unsafe lock and was just filthy in general. And the pool…the grass was up to your behind…very unsafe to walk through ! IT WAS A NIGHTMARE!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY!! BEWARE!!
