However the 15 minute loading and unloading zone was not enforced and we had to carry our belongings to the parking garage when we checked out. We also had difficulty with our keys they work sporadically the guy at the main desk said the battery in the lock may have been going bad. ##### John D. Love how the kitchen area had plenty of space. Loved how livingroom had a door for privacy as well. Balcony was clean. Bathroom was spacious too but only downfall was water jet tub was not working. Called front desk for help but she had no idea and did not send a mechanic. Overall, our stay was perfect FOR US. ##### Cindy V. The condo unit was as advertised, however the king bed mattress was atrocious which is why the 2 Star rating. The bed was not comfortable and had a loud squeek every time there was any slight movement from someone in/on the bed. The mattress obviously needs replacing. We had two nights booked but could only endure one sleepless night, so we left a day early. When we checked out and informed the front desk why we were leaving, they said "I.m sorry" - that was it. Would stay again if the mattress and box springs are replaced, but would not recommend this unit to anyone else until that happens. ##### Billy G. We started over an hour before check out time and didn’t get finished until 15 minutes after check out. It took 15 minutes to chase down a cart, had to wait over 10 minutes for an elevator, and the cleaning staff had their carts in the aisles and up/down elevators while all the guests were trying to get their stuff out to their respective cars. It was very chaotic. We wanted to hurry and get our car packed so we could enjoy a few last minutes with the beautiful view….but that did not happen because of the chaos. ##### Bobbie H.
