North Myrtle Beach condo rentals at the Pinnacle offer oceanfront accommodations in a convenient location. Unit 204 is a two bedroom, two bath condo on the 2nd floor featuring a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, free WIFI, and a large oceanfront balcony with a wonderful view of the beach. The property amenities include an enclosed pool, grilling area, on site parking, and elevators. The Pinnacle is located in the Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach and is close to Barefoot Landing where you can shop, see a live show, view exotic wildlife, and enjoy a variety of cuisines!

Pinnacle unit 204 has a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare meals and snacks for your family! There is also a nice charcoal grilling outside for guest use in case you want to relax and grill some hamburgers and hot dogs! The living room is comfortable for lounging around after a fun day at the beach. It has a 36 inch flat panel TV and a sliding door that opens onto the large oceanfront balcony. The dining area has seating for seven people with a table for four and three additional seats along the bar. You will enjoy sitting on the oceanfront balcony and taking in the fabulous ocean views! For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer in the unit as well as FREE WIFI.

North Myrtle Beach condo rental Pinnacle 204 has a king size bed in the master bedroom with a private bath and access to the oceanfront balcony. The second bedroom has two twin size beds and has an entrance into the hall bath. This is a non-smoking unit and pets are not allowed. Motorcycles are welcome but they are required to park in the overflow lot across the street- no motorcycles are allowed in the oceanfront parking lot. Families only. No student groups. 2 parking passes provided.

Great location

This property is oceanfront - as in there is nothing between your balcony and the dunes except a small strip of grass. The building is quiet (we rarely heard any noise from any other condo). You really can't get closer to the beach than this condo. The condo itself is well-maintained and the kitchen was very well-stocked with pots/pans, tableware and silverware and utensils. We had no issues during our stay. The check-in/out process is a little dated (you have to pick up/drop off keys at an off-site office) but only a minor annoyance in the big picture. We would stay again.

We've stayed at the Pinnacle many times since 2011, renting directly from one owner and through different rental companies. Since we no longer can rent through Bobby and because he no longer lives at the Pinnacle, it's gone down hill. The pool was not cleaned the whole week. We found several pieces of trash in our unit that was behind furniture. Very disappointed and really miss renting through Bobby.

Beach week

The property is in need of some maintenance. The front door was a struggle every time we entered the unit. You had to play with the key multiple times before it would allow you to open the door. The showers had very little water pressure and did not drain well, so that was also a problem. There was paint peeling on the ceiling in several rooms. The smoke detector was covered by a plastic bag?? The biggest problem was parking. The building has only limited parking onsite. There is additional parking across the street that consists of a small lot surrounded by a chain link fence. On our first night at the unit, there were no spaces available at the building and only one very tight parking space left in the overflow lot. The property management rental agency gave us two passes, but it very lucky that we only needed one. Location of the unit was great, so the rest was something that could be improved to make this a really nice unit.

Best family vacation

We loved this property. Let me just say it was the cleanest condo I have ever walked into and we have been renting in Myrtle for YEARS! Was especially nice to feel safe during covid. It had everything we needed in the kitchen for all our cooking needs. We chose this location due to the ramp and easy access to the beach for my mother and her walker and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The rental agency was amazing and was so nice even when I called to let them know we accidentally forgot to turn the dish washer on prior to us leaving. They were nothing but kind and it was very much appreciated. We would definitely rent this property again and I hope to work with seaside management again also as they were completely wonderful.

The view was beautiful. You could hear the waves even with the doors closed. I didn't hear any other neighbors the whole stay. Everyone we came in contact with was friendly. Very clean everywhere on the property. The whole condo was beautiful and updated. I absolutely loved the showers. We all played games on the big balcony comfortably one evening and enjoyed a family game night in the living room during a rainy evening. Everything was cozy and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall, the unit was decent, matched the online description. It was clean except sand. It was everywhere, I had to vacuum myself. The dining room chairs and living room chairs need good cleaning, they were stained. Bathrooms were updated. That being said, we had good stay.
