1612 The Havens - Barefoot Resort Rentals

No Motorcycles, Buses, RV’s, Commercial Vehicles, Boats, Jet Skis, Canoes, Kayaks, Golf Carts or Trailers allowed on Barefoot Resort Properties.

No gas or charcoal grills permitted. Non-Smoking Units. No pets allowed. Minimum Age Requirement: 25 years or older.

This lovely ground-floor villa has over 1050 square feet plus a screened in patio overlooking the 9th fairway of the award winning Greg Norman course, and is just steps from the huge Havens community pool and barbecue area. The master suite has a king-size bed that can be split to make two twins, the second bedroom has two twin beds, and there is a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room!

This comfortable, professionally decorated villa offers dining seating for six inside or you may wish to enjoy your lunch or dinner by the pool where you will find umbrella tables and lounge chairs.

We even furnish everything to make you feel right at home, including the bed linens and towels. The fully-stocked kitchen will please everyone in your group. If grilling is your specialty, The Havens has two barbecue grills pool side. Enjoy the view of the 2nd hold of the acclaimed Norman Course.

Back to Barefoot!

It was wonderful to once again stay in the Barefoot Resort. After owning a property there for several years, we sold it a few years ago. This lovely and well maintained condo on the fairway was just right. The Havens is a great neighborhood and very accessible to everything Myrtle Beach has to offer. We felt safe, comfortable and relaxed after long days at the beach. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful condo! Close to swimming pool! Very clean and great scenery! Easy check-in/check-out! Could not ask for a better place to stay!
