This downstairs unit is located just steps away from the crystal-clear waters and sandy beach of Crescent Beach in North Myrtle Beach. Loni's Beach Retreat is a newly renovated cozy oceanside beach home located in a pet friendly quiet neighborhood in North Myrtle Beach. This residence is located in a lower unit of a 2 story duplex. Please note that the rates shown on the VRBO calendar are average nightly prices and include fees and taxes. Your exact total will appear at the time of booking. You can rent the entire 3 units to accommodate 18 guests or rent two units to accommodate 12! We offer complimentary ground coffee, K cups sweetener, creamer and a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels , hand soap and trash bags. We do not supply charcoal or lighter fluid. Supplies can be purchased at Kroeger or Walmart just one mile away Loni's Beach Retreat is situated in a prime location within minutes to all attractions and for beach goers and golfers alike, an ideal escape for the whole family and your furry friend. This unit shares a common outdoor shower and patio with the unit upstairs. It is not uncommon to encounter insects such as palmetto bugs or wildlife in tropical climate. While we do take all preventative measures to keep critters out with monthly pest control, there is always the possibility that one may come through an opening. Please try to keep doors closed to help keep any possible insects out. There is wildlife in the area, as such please do not leave food or drinks outside or in your vehicle Things to note: \*Late check out without prior notice can result in additional fees \*We are located in a dog friendly neighborhood amongst beautiful homes. Please clean up after your dog \*Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am \*All guests that book this unit will be required to sign a rental agreement and agree to refundable security deposit hold. The Refundable Security Deposit hold will be released after departure but may be used to charge for any damages, excessive cleaning or unauthorized dogs. Nice kitchen table and den area large TV and TV in both bedrooms. Nice size backyard with grill and well lighted. Just a short walk across the street to the beautiful beach area. Nice friendly quiet neighborhood that is well lighted for taking your pet for a stroll at anytime. It is very clean, bright and inviting! The beds are very comfortable and having a king bed in the master bedroom is awesome! The condo is on the bottom level which is so convenient for our two dogs. The backyard is just right for the dogs to lay in the sun! The location of the condo is a street over from the beach, not to mention restaurants, attractions, groceries, and wonderful Champion Park. Communication with the host, Loni, is always open and available. I highly recommend Loni’s Beach Retreat! We gave it an overall 4 star rating only because we were on the first floor and could hear everything going on above us. We had the misfortune of having very noisy people above us. The space was clean, comfortable, and in a quiet location. The beach was only a block away. The best part of the stay was that this lower unit allowed large dogs and it was very accommodating for my disabled dog. The communication with Loni was excellent.
