Worst experience ever! We went to festival nearby. When I booked, I specified accessible rooms due to my mother being in a wheelchair. When we got there, there were not any rooms on bottom floor and the was no elevator! I spoke to DONALD and let him know that I was going to have to find another place. We CANCELLED our rooms but the manager MICHAEL REFUSED to give me my money back. He took our money! Expedia tried more than once but MICHAEL REFUSED. All we wanted was our refund. SHAME ON MICHAEL. I will continue to share this story until I get my refund.
