"Upon check in we were given a complimentary suite upgrade at no additional charge. I was shocked but so pleasantly surprised because the rooms are $900 per night. We definitely got our moneys worth. Suite was fantastic!"

"Enjoyed my weekend trip to Tahoe City. The location was great, after a full day out at the lake. Check in was quick, friendly. Once settled in my room walked the strip that has many options for dinner an shopping. Room was comfortable an at night it was very quiet. Check out was very simple with phenomenal service. I will definitely be coming back."
"Check in was a breeze. Rosa was so helpful and welcoming, and the amenities were so convenient for our family trip… We can’t wait to visit again! What a wonderful place to stay! "
"Quaint end unit condo in a great location. The complex has great amenities: hot tub, pool, tennis and pickleball courts, and restaurant. Check in process was easy and communication with owners was timely and efficient. Would recommend this listing and will be back."
"This place is a true gem! Not only is it close to Lake Tahoe but the resort itself is in a forest and close to Tahoe rim trail and other hikes and they have their own ski and sled area that also serves hot tea and lunch. Their restaurant in the main lodge serves dinner and has decent food and amazing ambiance with a huge fire place. The room had 2 comfy beds and plenty of pillows. The heating was good too. "
"A nice and more affordable option for those visiting North Lake Tahoe. The Granlibakken has an old-school Tahoe vibe, which can be both charming and dated. This particular room, while checking all the boxes, definitely has a bit of "staying the night at Grandma's house) vibe. Furniture is fully functional, but could use an upgrade. Overall, would stay again for the price, but would enjoy it more with a little refresh."
