Detached house with fantastic sea views
Holiday at Villa Chelona in Xiropigado in the Peloponnese, Greece, is something very special. The house is surrounded by olive groves. It is a relaxing refuge in the summer after a hot beach day and on cooler days a cozy place with lots of atmosphere. The view from the terrace is overwhelming. One looks at the entire Gulf of Argolis, from Nafplio to the island of Spetses.
The house is a new building, completion 2009, in a quiet location, in the middle of an olive grove, with fantastic sea views. It is located in the settlement Chasapeika, 3.5 kilometers from the sea, from Xiropigado in the Peloponnese. The house is completely furnished on solar energy. Power is provided by solar batteries, which are filled by a large solar system. For hot water, there is a separate hot water solar system on the roof. On hot summer days, the air conditioning system provides cooler air in the living room and in one of the bedrooms. Even if the water should be missing from the municipality in summer, can be switched to the cistern. Thus, the shower and the toilets are always supplied with water. In winter, the stone oven can be heated with olive wood. This gives off pleasant warmth and a cozy feeling.
The house consists of a large living room with dining area and open kitchen.

Ruhe und Erholung pur!
Wir haben unseren 14-tägigen Aufenthalt in der Villa Chelona rundum genossen. Das Haus steht ganz allein am Hang und der Ausblick ist wirklich atemberaubend. Dank der guten Beschreibung des Vermieters haben wir uns sofort zurecht gefunden. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und bietet alles, was man braucht, in bester Qualität. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns bei Rückfragen schnell und unkompliziert geholfen. Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert!

Schöne Reise
Das ferienhaus war so wie beschrieben. Ebenso die Lage. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten wie mykene, epidaurus, korinth, nafplio sind schnell zu erreichen. Die Anfahrt zum Haus ist etwas beschwerlich, aber mit der guten Beschreibung von dem Vermieter einfach zu finden. Und der Blick von der Terrasse ist traumhaft.

Ruhe und Erholung pur
Wenn Sie Ruhe und Erholung suchen, dann sind Sie in der Villa Chelona genau richtig. Das Haus ist geräumig und gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Von der Terrasse hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf den saronischen Golf. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.
Wir hatten das Haus einen ganzen Monat gemietet und wären am liebsten geblieben. In der Näheren und weiteren Umgebung gibt es sehr viel zu sehen. Schöne Städte wie Nafplion, Burgen wie Argos, Nafplion, Astros, Akrokorinth und Monemvassia. Wandermöglichkeiten, schöne Strände und last but not least das traumhaft Amphitheater von Epidauros, wo wir eine fantastische Aufführung gesehen haben.

Herrlicher Blick von der Veranda, sehr saubere und bestens ausgestattete Unterkunft
Wir haben den einwöchigen Aufenthalt in der Villa Chelona sehr genosssen. Die vier Kilometer Anfahrt über eine schmale, teils unasphaltierte Straße werden belohnt mit einer absoluten Ruhe und einem umwerfenden Blick über den Golf.
Das Haus ist mit allem Notwendigen gut ausgestattet, die Räume sind angenehm und komfortabel eingerichtet. Darüber hinaus findet man noch umfangreiche Informationen über die Villa und die nähere und weitere Umgebung vor.
Viele der umliegenden Hauptattraktionen wie Mykene, Epidaurus und Nafplion sind schnell und problemlos mit dem Auto zu erreichen.
Rückfragen wurden vom Vermieter schnell und unkompliziert beantwortet.
Die Unterkunft ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen, und wir würden sie jederzeit wieder buchen!
