Upton arrival the valet helped with our bags, gave the children and us gorgeous necklaces and check-in was quick! I didn’t like that the room we received was such a stretch to walk to so came back and the really helpful manager, despite being almost at full capacity moved us to a higher room category with a beautiful partial ocean view. Brought the family and rented 2 villas. The one my wife and I stayed in was just remodeled with very nice contemporary furniture, art and all new kitchenware. Ocean views from the lanai. "Overall a good stay. Spacious and clean rooms. Boutique hotel with beautiful gardens. They provide beach chairs and umbrellas as available. Bathroom and bedroom show their age. The bathtub looked pathetic but it was functional. Most of the staff was friendly."
