Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage home located on the golf course in the gated community of Heron's Glen in North Fort Myers. Newly decorated office has a queen pullout sofa. Home has an oversized, screened-in lanai with a retractable lighted awning to provide additional shade while you relax looking over the golf course and pond and sip your favorite beverage. The fully equipped kitchen has all stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. In addition to golf, the development has tennis, pickle ball, bocce, shuffleboard, a new exercise facility and a large heated swimming pool and hot tub available for your use. The clubhouse restaurant, which is next to the pool, serves lunch and dinner and has a full service bar. The house is situated between Fort Myers and Punta Gorda and is convenient to shopping and restaurants .
