The home features a heated pool overlooking the canal and a private dock with direct water access. This paradise lets you fish or simply unwind by grilling or roasting marshmallows at the fire pit.

Other Things to Note:  
\- No parties, receptions, or events are allowed on the property. Keep music at a moderate level until 10 p.m. and after 9 a.m. to maintain a peaceful and respectful environment. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of your reservation and additional fees.  
  
\- Responsible fishing: You’re welcome to fish, but please do not cook fish inside the house to avoid unpleasant odors; use the BBQ area or fire pit instead. Do not throw fish remains into the canal, as they may attract alligators. Dispose of waste in the trash bin located on the left side of the house.  
  
\- A starter kit of basic supplies is provided for each guest. No additional supplies will be provided once the starter kit is used.  
  
\- Maximum occupancy: 8 guests at all times.  
  
\- Maximum number of vehicles: 4, only in the driveway or on the street in front of the house.  
  
\- Parking on the lawn is not allowed.  
  
\- Swimming in the canal is not allowed.  
  
\- Use the pool, kayaks, gas grill, and fire pit at your own risk.  
  
\- Life jackets are provided and must be worn while kayaking. Use all equipment at your own risk and return kayaks and gear to their original place after use.
